Transgender.org is proud to partner with trailblazers Dr. Kortney Ziegler and Naomi Ceder, whose innovative work continues to inspire and drive positive change in our community.
Dr. Kortney Ziegler
Dr. Kortney Ziegler is an award-winning activist, artist, and entrepreneur whose work focuses on topics such as Black queer theory, gender, and issues facing the trans community. In 2013, Dr. Ziegler launched Trans*H4CK, a groundbreaking two-day hackathon which was the first event of its kind; providing a dedicated space for the transgender+ community to collaborate on tech-focused projects.
Naomi Ceder
Naomi Ceder is a renowned Python expert, trainer, and author who has been a pivotal figure in the tech field since 2001. As an international speaker, she is also a well-known advocate for inclusion and diversity in technology. In 2015, Naomi co-founded Trans*Code, an ongoing series of hackdays that not only builds community but also drives innovation through tech for transgender+ and non-binary individuals.
